We bought your entire display set at the Washington County Fair. We have loved the Healthy Gourmet Cookware. It is awesome. I never knew food to taste so good. We don't even want to go out to eat anymore. We both love staying home to cook. It is so easy to take care of, and the food is amazing. We have used almost every piece. The Kitchen Kutter is amazing and we have the demonstration salad every week. It is our favorite salad now. We love the Electric Skillet and Gourmet Cooker and cook at least once a week in each. The checker at the grocery store asked why we were buying so many fruits and fresh veggies. I told her it was because we want to eat that food now thanks to the cookware. I can't thank you enough for making the purchase of our pans such an easy decision. We have successfully cooked and eaten the chicken enchiladas, yum. I love the pans and have moved them into their new home and booted out all the old ones. It is a little scary because it is such a new way of cooking. But, I will give it time and read all the recipes so that I can get a feel of how to cook some of our normal dinners. As I gain confidence, I will be cooking many of the recipes that you have given us and some that I have printed off the internet. The Healthy Gourmet's Website was very nice and I enjoyed how easy it was to print off recipes that sounded interesting. I am taking the cook books to work and will plan my shopping lists so we can eat some new things. I am hoping to get my mother the Electric Skillet for her birthday. I am still using my original waterless cookware set that I purchased in the mid-70's. I purchased The Healthy Gourmet Saute Skillets at a demonstration show at our local 4-H Fair. I surely enjoyed your cooking show and my pans beat me home. Took the UPS guy 3 tries to find me here. He came with this huge hand truck and I asked him were they really that heavy? He said, "Lord yes - what on earth is in here anyway?" I told him some very expensive pans and he couldn't believe it. He came again today with another package and asked me how I liked the pans! This is some of what I told him: "First of all I read the cookbook from cover to cover and left it on a low patio table outside. My dog chewed up part of the back cover! I used the Gourmet Cooker to cook a cheap pot roast and it was to die for. I scorched the zucchini, however in another pan - I think I didn't see it steam and left it on the burner too long. However, it in no way tasted scorched. I boiled an egg yesterday for my chef's salad on a paper towel and it turned out perfect. Today I cooked an egg and hamburger in my Electric Skillet. Healthy Gourmet Cookware is very high quality and the fact that it's American made was a selling point and 7-ply another. I must say that Chef Brett is an excellent representation for Healthy Gourmet's products. He's very loyal to your company. John (my husband) went and bought vegetables and I loaded the pan up! He loves to cook and was very excited about the cookware. He was so impressed that he told Chef Brett, "Whatever my wife wants!" I especially love the stackable method especially during the holidays.
