I’m Belinda Hardesty, your chef, and this is my life and journey. Over the years, I've been everything from an elementary school teacher to a medical transcriptionist to a musician in an award-winning Bluegrass/Americana band. The one thread that runs through all of that is a respect for delicious, healthy food and the need to cook that food for my family.

We have seven homeschooled kids and a few food allergies to deal with, so being able to make safe, healthy food is not a luxury for us--it's a necessity. Thankfully we've learned how to make it fun! We love growing our own food in the garden and using it in ethnic cuisines. The kids are crazy for all sorts of salads, Japanese food, Indian dishes, and Ethiopian is a favorite too. Our oldest kids frequently help with the cooking, choosing to make their favorite cuisine to grace the table for our nightly family meal.

Knowing that our food is healthy and toxin-free because of Kitchen Craft is a very happy thought for all of us. I love knowing we sell a product that is a win-win-win for everyone, promoting health and wellness while giving a lifetime of quality. My clients are not buying cookware; they are buying an answer to a problem. That problem may be obesity, high blood pressure, allergies, autoimmune disorders, or any number of ailments.
