Ingredients

Fresh Green Beans (1 lb. cut ends to remove)

Lemon Juice (1/2 of a lemon)

1 Shallot (Minced)
-
2 Cloves of Garlic (Minced)

1/8 cup Sliced Almonds (Crushed)

Salt to taste
Directions
Cook green beans the waterless way: rinse & drain, then cover and cook on medium low until vapor escapes & cover easily spins.
In a separate sauté pan, add the lemon juice and sauté the minced garlic and shallots in the juice for a few minutes or until slightly cooked. Add a pinch of salt.
Once you turn the green beans to low, add sautéed garlic & shallot to the green beans and continue to cook with cover on.
Plate & top with crushed almonds.
