Lifetime Warranty

 

Kitchen Craft Cookware & Bakeware

 

Our warranty covers against defects in workmanship and materials for a lifetime on all cookware and bakeware products. All electrical components are warranted for 2 years, along with our mixing bowls and kitchen cutter. Our white mixing bowl is not covered under warranty.  The warranty does not include abuse, accidents, or modification in any way, but if your cookware is damaged or destroyed by accident, fire, theft, or natural disaster, all original purchases may be replaced at 50% of the retail price at time of replacement. A police/fire report or letter of explanation is required for replacement.


If your cookware is in need of replacement parts due to accidents, normal 
wear and tear or aging you may purchase the kits at a reduced price.

Should you decide to purchase a new set and give your set to a friend or family member, your warranty is transferable and they'll thank you for it every time they prepare a meal! They must provide a copy of the original purchase for replacement.


Americraft Cookware’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product at the manufacturer’s sole option. Americraft Cookware shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, whether direct or indirect. This warranty is expressly granted in lieu of all other warranties including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Flatware Warranty Policy

25 year Manufacturer’s Warranty:

Liberty Tabletop flatware offers an extension of the Manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects for 25 years from purchase. Simply return any defective article with proof of purchase to the address below. Liberty Tabletop will thereupon send you a replacement piece or a similar replacement piece in the event that your pattern has been discontinued.

Liberty Tabletop flatware is designed for normal dining use and is dishwasher safe using standard retail dishwashing detergents. This warranty does not cover damage due to inappropriate use, abuse, stains due to hard water or improper care. If you have any questions regarding returns due to warranty related issues please contact us using the contact information provided on our website.

Our parts, service, and support are limited to Kitchen Craft, Lustre Craft, and Americraft waterless cookware. For all other brands, we are unable to assist but have compiled a list of contacts below to help direct you to the appropriate manufacturer or service provider.
