Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup chia seeds
- 3/4 cup applesauce
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 cup brown rice syrup
- 4 tbsp runny honey
- 1/2 date palm sugar
- 2 cups raw almonds
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 3 tbsp virgin coconut oil (heat to liquify)
- 1 1/2 cups dried unsweetened cherries, chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Mix all the ingredients together except the cherries and spread evenly over the Large Cookie Sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Mix it up with a wooden spoon every ten minutes, making certain to turn the browned granola from the top, to the bottom.
- Allow the granola to cool before transferring to an airtight glass or stainless steel jar.
