I’m Eric, your chef and this is my life and journey. I was originally born in Texas and moved from there while still at a young age over to Tennessee. I attended high school and college while living in Knoxville, and stayed there till my early 30’s. Also meeting my wife Heather while there. From there we moved to Canton NC, a little town right outside Asheville. We have been here since 2010. Heather and I have been married since 2001. We have 3 beautiful girls. Chayse is the oldest at 16, Annilyse is 12, and Caydence is the youngest at 3. We have accumulated many pets and have 3 cats, 1 dog, 1 snake, and a red bearded dragon. With the kids and animals it is like a zoo around here from time to time. Before you have to ask, yes I am the only male in the house and that includes the animals as well. I am way out numbered, but wouldn’t have it any other way. Heather and all of our girls know that they each have me wrapped around their finger.

For fun we like to have a family game night and not long ago we have instilled a family movie night each week. On those nights my wife and I are having the

kids watch the movies that we grew up with, and on the nights we go to the movies then it’s a movie they want to see. I am also a big zombie enthusiast.

I love to read the books, watch the shows, and travel to see the places where zombie films have been made.

I started working for Kitchen Craft mid January of 2019. Things have changed for the better just for the simple fact that I am around a whole lot more and not stressed out about work at all when with the family. I am closer to all my girls and most importantly to my wife. I am home to help her with the house duties

which has lowered her stress as well. I know what you're thinking. You think I am traveling all the time which I do a lot more of now, but I get to take the

family with me. They have went many places with me and I love every second of it.

So far we have went as a family to Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, New York, and New Orleans while doing

this in the US. Internationally we have traveled to Cancun, Cayman Islands, and Cozumel just for fun. In the future I look forward to more international trips with my

family and creating a lot of new memories that I could not have accomplished in previous careers.
