- 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper, freshly ground
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Minced Onion
- 2 tbsp Minced Flat Leaf Parsley
- Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl. Whisk to incorporate.
- Use immediately or cover and store in the refrigerator.
