Pan Seared Salmon

Ingredients
4 Salmon Fillets (4-6 oz. each)
1 Tbs. Olive Oil
3 Tbs. Butter
1 ½ Tsp. Minced Garlic
2 Tsp. Lemon Juice
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
1Tbs. Chopped Parsley
Directions
Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Season salmon fillets with salt & pepper to taste.
Place salmon fillets skin side up, cook for 5 minutes or until a brown crust forms.
Carefully flip salmon & cook for additional 5-6 minutes or until fish is opaque.
Remove salmon from pan. Add butter & melt.
Add garlic to pan & cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Stir in lemon juice & salt & pepper to taste.
Place salmon back in pan. Spoon the sauce over the top.
Sprinkle parsley over the salmon, then serve.
