Prosciutto-Wrapped Asparagus
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 lb prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 (8 ounce) package Neufchatel Cheese, softened
  • 12 Spears fresh asparagus, trimmed
Instructions:
  1. Preheat Oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Spread prosciutto slices with Neufchatel Cheese.
  3. Wrap slices around asparagus spears.
  4. Place spears in a single layer on lightly greased Jelly Roll Pan.
  5. Bake 15 minutes or until asparagus is tender.
