Yogurt Cucumber Sauce
- 2 cups greek yogurt
- 1 cup European seedless cucumber ( coarsely grated and drained)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh dill or cilantro, chopped
- juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
- Mix together in a medium bowl the yogurt, cucumber, garlic, dill or cilantro, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate. Use within one week.
